McDonald’s Celebrates the Annual West Indian Day Parade!

September 4, 2017 – On Labor Day 2017 McDonald’s celebrated Caribbean arts and culture at the 50thAnnual West Indian Day Parade. The parade stretched for 2½ miles down Brooklyn’s Eastern Parkway and attendees got to see Ronald McDonald on the bright red Ronald Truck. Ronald McDonald was a crowd favorite – stopping to pose for selfies and photos along the way.

Street team members distributed McDonald’s T-Shirts and Signature Crafted BOG cards to excited crowds. The event gathered over a million adults, youths, children, and families who all came together in celebration and appreciation of culture. McDonald’s is proud and honored to have been able to contribute to the event and the Caribbean community.
